HOW THE DESIGN PROCESS WORKS

LET'S MEET

I recommend meeting 6-8 months prior to a wedding or 3 months before a smaller event, such as a bridal shower or birthday party. When we meet, we'll discuss design ideas and budget.  Depending on budget, I offer digital (flat) printing, thermography (raised) printing, foil-stamping and letterpress. Even if you don't have an idea of what you want, that's okay too! I have a variety of finished samples to inspire and let the creativity flow.

PROPOSAL AND INVITATION DESIGN

Shortly after meeting, I will send a detailed proposal. If you decide to proceed, you will submit a deposit and the design process begins. Proofs are sent via email and the design is modified with your input. After approval, your invitation is printed and I personally assemble each invitation. If your celebration isn’t for a while, we’ll start this process closer to the event date.

FINISHED!

Invitations are ready approximately one month prior to mailing. Or, you can have me take care of stuffing the envelopes and mailing for you! My invitations always include guest addressing on the mailing envelopes. Want the invitations earlier? Just ask.

TWO MONTHS PRIOR

We’ll meet again to discuss your day-of stationery needs.

LOVE LETTERS...

"Jenifer is hands down the best vendor I have worked with during my wedding planning process. What makes Jenifer unique is her ability to create a design from scratch, rather than selecting from a book. My invitations turned out amazing. It was truly a vision coming to life. If I had to recommend one, and only one, vendor for your wedding planning, Jenifer Sirkis Designs would be it!"

"I cannot stress enough how amazing it was to work with Jenifer. When I initially contacted her, she immediately got back to me and continued to quickly respond to all of my emails and calls throughout the planning process. Jenifer is so creative and designed a completely custom invitation that captured my vision perfectly. She is super honest and will give an opinion on what will look good, and what won't. All of the products Jenifer designed turned out even better than I could have imagined. I truly feel like I was the lucky one to work with her!"

"I was planning an out of town wedding for 400 guests, and Jenifer held my hand throughout it all, handling all of my invitations and custom paper. She helped me design everything from my save the dates, to my rehearsal dinner invite, napkins, coasters, wedding programs and favors. Most importantly she spent so much time and energy perfecting my invitations, which I loved. Each element of the invitations - the wording, the design/calligraphy, the stock of paper, etc... was completely perfect. You can really tell what a passion Jenifer has for her work, and it really shows in her products."
